Patient Involvement

We welcome and encourage patient feedback, whether positive or negative, to help improve the service we provide to patients.

If you would like to make any suggestions or provide feedback to us here at St Laurence’s Medical Centre, please either email contact.stlaurences@knowsley.nhs.uk  or fill in the feedback forms available from reception and place in the feedback box available.  We endeavour to provide a high standard for our patients and your feedback is integral to this.

Patient Participation Group

Here at St Laurence’s Medical Centre we have a Patient Participation Group (PPG). A PPG is a group of patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet on a regular basis to discuss practice issues and patient experience and exchange ideas & information on how to improve the service.

If you are interested in joining the PPG please either speak to one of our receptionists who will register your interest or email us at contact.stlaurences@knowsley.nhs.uk
